By car from Grosseto: Take the S.S.322 for 20km until Scansano, then take the S.S.323 for another 20km before taking the Strada Provinciale 10 for about 10km. Then turn right and continue on the Strada Statale Maremmana for 6.5km

By train or bus: Get off at Grosseto Railway and then take the RAMA bus for Sorano.

By car from Florence via Autostrada A1: get off at Orvieto and follow the signs for Castel Giorgio, San Lorenzo Nuovo, Grotte di Castro, Sorano.

By Car from Florence via Siena: get off at Firenze Cerosa from the A1 and then travel along the freeway until Siena Sud (exit SS2 Cassia-Buonconvento) then travel for Cassia (SS2) for 146km until you find signs for Sorano.
